What you can expect

  • Golden Dragon Parade is an intangible cultural heritage of Guilin, a signature night water show on Yulong River in Yangshuo, featured on CCTV Spring Festival Gala 2024.
    Dozens of bamboo rafts are linked end to end to form a giant golden dragon, with handcrafted illuminated dragon head and golden oil-paper umbrellas as dragon scales. Lit up at night, the kilometer-long glowing dragon winds through karst peaks and clear river water.
    The activity includes traditional dragon dotting blessing ceremony. The dragon cruises from Yulong Bridge around the river island and returns, lasting about 1 hour, with mist and fire effects from the dragon head. Fireworks are added on holidays. It combines local folk songs and cormorant fishing culture, offering an immersive Chinese-style night tour experience.
