What you can expect

  • Begin your adventure with a convenient pickup from your hotel in Yellowknife. Settle into a heated vehicle and head out into the wilderness, guided by local experts who monitor cloud coverage, the aurora KP index, and solar wind activity to find the best viewing spots.

Unlike fixed-location tours, this experience allows you to drive to different locations based on real-time weather and aurora activity, maximising your chance to witness the Northern Lights.

Stop at multiple dark-sky locations, where you can step out, gaze at the sky, and capture stunning photos with the help of your guide. Warm up with hot drinks and enjoy the comfort of a heated vehicle between stops.

Whether you’re a photographer or a first-time visitor, this tour offers a relaxed, warm, and unforgettable aurora experience.
