We will quickly teach you all you need to know about the herbs, vegetables, and spices used in Thai food. Learn how easy it is to cook authentic Thai cuisine with a Thai chef with long experience. Begins with a quick pick-you up from your hotel within 3 km of Chiang Mai city centre. Tour the fresh market, and discover how locals are buying and preparing their food. The tour of the market is not only the opportunity to buy a few supplies for the cooking class, but you'll also learn a lot about Thai culinary traditions. Let the cooking begin! There are 4 dishes and sticky rice with mango. Cook in an open-air kitchen and eat in a locally styled bamboo hut. Savour a mouthwatering Thai lunch or dinner made by yourself and transfer back to your hotel.
