Overview

There are three cableway routes. You can reach Dayong Road in the city centre. For Line A, take the cableway directly. For Line B or C, there's a 15-minute free shuttle to the Tianmen Cave Express Line boarding point. Or you can find the way yourself and go straight to the express line without the shuttle.

The Tianmen Mountain Cableway, known as the world's longest, is 7,455 metres (8,150 yards). Each cable car can carry up to 8 people. During the peak tourist season, it's common to have to endure hours of queuing just to get on board.
