"5 stars easily...I have stayed here twice and the location is un-beatable along with the staff. The upgraded rooms and more private and quiet. I haven't stayed in the standard room but the others are super quiet and off the main hallway. That is always important to me after a 9 hour flight to London. "Sanctuary House Hotel is just that, a “sanctuary” in a big, busy city. Karen, at registration, was friendly and extremely helpful with suggestions for our first time visit in London. The hotel is in an excellent location between Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace. Overall, staff was friendly, food was delicious, and basic rooms are generous. We will definitely stay here again. "
