"I didn’t stay here , we arrived for concert at Hampden park , only to find out hotel was closed to public , on a government contract . Had to return home on train with suitcase and missed concert and mini break in Glasgow . "

Staff offered great service during check in, and we also were able to borrow umbrellas for our stay which is a great convenience and saved us the guilt of buying umbrellas for fee days then have to throw away."
