This hotel had a luxurious experience, from the staff, the quality of the bed. The restaurant being the most delicious food ever. And you can walk anywhere! Great location . The staff were very helpful. The room was large, nice and clean. The pool was ok but a bit colder than expected. The dry sauna and steam room are small but work well, male and female access to both sauna facilities.

Very comfortable, stylish hotel in a really great location for getting around central Edinburgh or, as I was doing, going to the Fringe. I booked in on a very last minute business trip, and I had a really great stay. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rubber duck gift was a nice bonus too!

We loved this hotel. Biggest positive was Irene. As soon as we got there, she ensured we had a room ready straight away and checked in on us periodically to make sure that we were happy with our stay. She went above and beyond and was just amazing.
