"We enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved the Junior sweet, which is dressed like a true London style with tall ceilings, thick drapes, and a four poster bed. The hotel lobby and public areas are very clean. Front desk workers are extremely nice and accommodating. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the desk during the whole first day until we could check in, and again on the last day after we checked out so we could sightsee without our bags. Breakfast is not free (about 16pounds pp), but a very nice buffet. Only a couple minutes onto the tube, and a Starbucks right nearby. We loved it! "

"The staff was SO nice and accommodating. Kudos to the young lady who managed the breakfast area with professionalism. I witnessed some young ladies being extremely entitled and rude about a table that was "theirs" being given away and she handled it courteously. The front desk staff were very nice, always smiling. The elevators were a little annoying, sometimes not moving, even when we would scan the cards multiple times. The room we were in would not cool down in the bedroom but was fine in the kitchen area down the hall. Appreciated that there was a laundry room for free, but be prepared for long waits to use the machines."

"Me and my boyfriend stayed here for one evening and it was incredibly lovely! They upgraded us from a Luxury Double Room to a Junior Suite, free of charge and it made all the difference, we were so eternally grateful! The staff was also incredibly sweet and helpful, making the check-in process seamless and quick. Overall, we had a lovely stay and look forward to staying here again in the future!"

From the HVAC magician to the overwhelmed breakfast staff they were all very much appreciated by wife and I. Except for a couple of hygiene issues, things were very positive and welcoming. Wonderful place to stay!"
