"Lovely scenic, quiet area within 2 mins walk of plenty of restaurants and pubs etc. Hotel staff friendly and efficient, breakfast was lovely (a lot of selection for a continental, including Douwe Egbert coffee machine). Only recommendation is to improve eco side - remove single use plastics (toiletries) and individual coffee packets from rooms."

"Keep in mind this hotel is in an older building and to keep with the historical aspect there is no lyft so you have to go up stairs to the rooms. They have no dining which we wished they did however hotel is under renovations. We had a newly renovated room and it was nice. Staff was great and owner is super helpful and nice. Its located close to the bus stops and some dining. The area is fairly quite and we had no issues"

The Bayswater tube station is a few minute's walk away and the nearby dining options are ample. The room I stayed in was small, somewhat cramped, and unimaginatively furnished, but clean and perfectly serviceable.
