From my pre-visit contacts with the hotel and the check-in process all the way through my departure, I found the Rembrandt to be a wonderful place to stay. It's close to Royal Albert Hall and several museums. It's a short walk to the underground station with several lines stopping there. A short walk puts many restaurant options before you. My room was clean, quiet and comfortable. There was a nice spread at breakfast. Other guests from diverse countries and across the spectrum of ages were pleasant company. The staff ... especially concierge ... were most friendly and helpful.

The Rembrandt is an excellent choice when visiting London. Our Grand Room had a King bed, a loveseat, desk and 3 chairs. Very spacious for London. Close to Victoria & Albert Museum and Harrods. Bathroom was updated. There were plugs at desk for US, European and UK which is very convenient.

Great value in bundling with airfare with Expedia. Great location. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Food in restaurant and for free breakfast is very good. Will definitely stay here again. Room was a decent size and beds were comfortable.

Excellent stay. Comfortable, quiet hotel. Very convenient for museums and good public transport, buses from outside the hotel. Only disappointment was the availability of the pool. It could only be used until 8.30 in the morning and 6 to 9 in the evening. There is a daily charge of £10pp. The pool belongs to a separate club next door. Otherwise a lovely, convenient hotel and would stay again.j

I arrived to the hotel on wednesday june 12th, I walked in and delivered the suit cases to the doorman while I came to the counter to check in. When I finished the whole process my bag had dissapeared from the lobby, the doorman said nothing neither the hotel, it was caught on camera but, they said this could only be given to authorities under request, THE MANAGEMENT OF THE HOTEL DID NOTHING. I called the police and filed a complaint. THE HOTEL DID NOT EVEN ASK FOR APOLOGIES, it was their responsability.

I have stayed at the rebrandt before and have liked my stay this time we didn’t, our room was executive double - the word executive shouldn’t be used. Room was tired and old, chipped wood in bathroom and on doors, lots of scuff marks on walls, corridor was dull and dark , ceiling were low , felt like we had been shoved in worst part of hotel . The corridor was in need of a paint very disappointed in our stay, it is expensive to stay here and it felt lack lustre . I told front desk about possible upgrade for my tier, they were not interested and when I said room was tired and run down they seemed uninterested . We couldn’t make breakfast due to a early departure so arrange for a breakfast to go , for which we chose baps as part of our choices got to airport and none were in bag , just a small yoghurt, banana( which looked quite black ) and an orange juice , not great . They also didn’t give us Expedia free drink voucher I had to go to front desk and ask for that - really disappointed in the room , given price and description

We were greeted by a very lovely lady on reception, our rooms were ready early. Everyone was very nice. We had dinner and breakfast, which was lovely. Easy check in/out. Great facilities, lovely lounge area.

Great location with a very helpful staff. They were very accommodating to all our needs. The location is ideal for shopping and there are many good places to eat. My only suggestion would be to provide a hair dryer in the rooms. Six stars for staff helpfulness.

I’ve stayed here several times while in London on business. I do like the hotel, especially the breakfast. Overall a very good hotel. My only negative would be that the rooms feel a bit dated and could do with a refurb. Overall a good hotel which I would stay in again no issue.
