"Decent size hotel with a view of the fort and the ruins of St Pau. Pretty convenient to walk to old town. The free shuttle bus runs hourly from outer harbour unlike the other hotels’ shuttle bus services. Also their free shuttle to HZMB starts only at 1015am. It also doesn’t go across to the Cotai peninsula. This is the only downside to what I would deem a wonderful stay. "

"Main entrance has no ramp to self wheel the luggage or for wheelchair. The room has to individually switch the lightings on. Coffee/Tea in the breakfast dinning is cold. The hotel is convenient to travel by bus to the central attraction area, but not economy to take cab. Breakfast is great. "

"Incredible hotel. The service I received couldn't be faulted. My room was impeccably clean, huge, with a great view of the lake and infinity pool. The hotel is a minute walk from public transport, shopping and casinos. The staff were great, really accommodating and I was treated like a VIP from start to finish. Great restaurants and culture just down the road. The infinity pool was great too."

"We stayed at this hotel because it was the cheapest option compared to others and it has a pool. We were looking forward to it. Pool access is free; however, we need to pay an additional MOP 50 per person just for the swim cap/shower cap, which we thought would be free for all guests. We were a bit disappointed, so we ended up not swimming and decided to use the MOP 50 for our dinner instead of the swim cap. Lol. Still we recommend this hotel and near the ferry terminal and bus stop. "
