酒店入住時效率好慢，等一小時才能上房。酒店整潔，用品都齊全。下雨時，窗外的聲音很大，影響睡眠

新酒店，整體也很新，門口及酒店櫃檯職員十分有禮親切，除了一位態度差的保安人員之外，其他人也好好的，我訂高樓層房，编排咗18 樓。因為看演唱會所以入住的，但是入場也要行到外面才能入場，完場後回酒店才可以行酒店通道十方便的，由於大量住客同時間回房要排隊等電梯，等Room services 需要2小時15分鐘。其實HK$24xx ，有很多選擇，旁邊還有幾間酒店，有大量餐廳也有接駁巴士去其他地方。

預訂了兩張單人床，但我下午6點check in 時說要等30分鐘至1小時才有房間，最後給了我們雙人床。什麼補償也沒有。 房間拖鞋著了沒有一小時就爛了。 酒店只有一間餐廳和酒吧。有演唱會時，餐廳很快滿座，酒吧也沒有足夠食物。 唯一可取是職員有禮
