I was looking for a unique experience and this is the right hotel. While the location is further from the Cotai strip, they have a shuttle bus to bring you to the strip and taipa. There are shops and dining within the hotel. This area is shared with 2 other hotels. The casino is also shared. The grand twin room is large and very comfortable and the design was very different from other hotels I stayed at. The mini bar is free. I had a personal concierge taking care of us throughout our visit which made a big difference. Every staff made me feel so pampered. I will definitely stay here again.

The room is spacious, the staff are nice and thoughtful . But not sure why there was some stinky smell in our room even we had a non smoking room. I think they should also improve the cleanliness. It is a good choice if you will go for a concert to the outdoor performance area.

It was my first time at this hotel. I stayed at Versace the last time and wanted to give this one a try. Both hotels are top-tier hotels while the vibe is different on each. In terms of service, I think Karl Lagerfeld wins. Love the attentive and professional service provided by the staff at front desk, bell service, housekeeping, and the new butler service is superior. The accessibility of using Whatsapp to communicate is very convenient too. I would like to extend my great appreciation to Wilbur at the butler service for his exceptional service to ascertain my stay being enjoyable. Also love the surprise birthday cake. That was very sweet. Stayed at the Ikonik suite which was more spacious and luxurious than I expected. Amenities in the room are great! Everything exceeded my expectation!
