The room I stayed in was spacious and luxuriously appointed, having everything I could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The whole hotel was peaceful and quiet and the bed was comfortable, with additional touches such as different pillow options available via the front desk. Staff were efficient and friendly in everything that they did and my whole stay ran incredibly smoothly. Many thanks.

The rooms are very nice. The decor is very traditional, but the auto lights and curtains make it feel modern. Plush linens and bedding and nice shower products are provided. The humidity is evident in the halls, but the room humidifiers get the job done. Every member of the staff was warm and welcoming. Most of the staff speak a bit of English, which was very helpful when trying to communicate with each other.

The room is of correct size for two persons. Overall furnishings quite new and unique. The hotel staff including the cleaning team is polite and helpful. Everything is within expectations of a high class hotel. The only exception is no free hotel shuttle service despite it declares one is available!
