“Would eagerly return!”

Two year old hotel in a residential area that lacks somewhat in charm but compensates for with proximity of tramway into center of Bordeaux, which is only 10 minutes away. No worries about the immediate area in our experience. The room/studio we took was small but had all we needed in the way of utensils for cooking, small fridge, microwave, stove top with electric burners. Very clean room, bathroom and premises. Very comfortable and large mattresses (two twin size placed together). Parking for vehicles was locked at night and no charge to use it. Extremely helpful desk staff and management. This hotel is a real find!

“Good value for a business trip”

3rd visit here, free parking, clean simple rooms, easy tram ride into centre of Bordeaux, easy road access to Rocade, free internet access - not fancy but works very well for a business trip, helpful staff on reception.

“Excellent long or short-term stay”

Pleasant, helpful, English-speaking staff. Not in city center, but very close to tram, only 5 min ride from downtown, on direct line to train station. Nice room and bathroom, not big but not too small, kept clean. Very comfortable stay, and I'm a picky traveler. Convenient mini kitchen in room.

A quiet Hotel/self catering accommodation option. good secure parking. Easy access within 2mins to an excellent tram service into the city centre. Functional kitchen area with utensils only, no tea,coffee,sugar or milk Clean and reasonably roomy but with basic comforts. A good option for families or budget constraints

“OK for the price”

Clean, reasonable comfortable although only had 1 pillow. 20 minute walk or convenient tram into centre. OK for the price, no real complaints

“Bed Bug Nightmare”

We thought we were dealing with mosquitoes until the fourth night and it became obvious that our large welted bite marks were caused by bed bugs. Never having dealt with this problem, we naively brought our suitcases into our home. Needless to say, We are spending every waking moment vacuuming, washing, spraying and taping our house. The hotel room has insufficient housekeeping as the rooms are not cleaned during your stay. Smoking is also allowed in the hotel which makes the halls unbearable to walk through.
