“Great Experience with minor issues”
The hotel was awesome. Some minor issues that were promptly resolved. It would have been nice to know that there was only valet parking before we got there, but it was not an issue. Because we were there for a convention, there were some special rates that did not get into the system originally. However, the staff promptly took care of all changes.
“Dallas Gem”
Beautiful hotel, great service, lovely & safe neighborhood
“Our favorite North Dallas Hotel”
An elegant and quiet location with easy access to main highways. Excellent food and service from all the staff.
“True rest and relaxation!”
Beautiful, well-kept hotel in a great neighborhood. Walking to many food places and shops. Make sure you get the breakfast buffet coupons. It costs an arm and a leg to eat here on your own, but with the coupon it is a great experience. The breakfast buffet was the best one we've ever been to... and we've traveled the world. The staff is very friendly and calls you by name. A very top rate place that I would highly recommend. The only problem we had was that no one came to fix the room safe even though I asked two times about it. It was over the 4th of July though, so no one might have been available. Oh, and the pool is only 3 ft deep and very, very small. If you want to go swimming, this is not your place. The fitness room is outstanding however, and made up for the pool for us.
“Peaceful and elegant. Highly recommend!”
This quality hotel is close to shopping and fine restaurants While near a main highway, it is quite and peaceful. The front desk as well as valet service was outstanding. The rooms are elegantly decorated, the bed comfy. We chose to stay near our relatives and our choice couldn't have been better.
“Great little hotel”
Very clean, comfortable rooms, accomodating and very pleasant staff. I liked how close it was to shopping and restaurants plus easy access to Toll Way. A very nice place in my opinion.
“Best Service at a standard American hotel”
We came to Dallas in terrible weather for a family gathering from all corners. While at first disappointed that the parking was valet only, I told them when I left that it was the best managed, most cheerful and helpful valet service I had ever seen. The hotel was at an excellentlevel of condition and maintenance, the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us too.
“Will Stay Here Again”
This is a very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The food is very good, the rooms nice, and the valet parking staff friendly and helpful with directions. There is a convenient little take-away snack/coffee cafe next to the restaurant if you just want some Starbucks coffee and a croissant, but it doesn't open until 7am and I was up at 6am, wanting some coffee. The staff saw that I was in need, and went to the back and made me some coffee - how nice! I stayed here to visit SMU, and I wish it was next door to the campus - but it's only a 10 minute drive.
“Great Hotel!”
I thought that this Hotel was a GREAT stay for the price! The Hilton Park Cities is very nice and clean. My room was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and very helpful. I had a Federal Express package delivered and when I had to leave before it had been delivered for meetings the staff called me and told me when it had arrived. The only things that I would say would cause me to give this a less than perfect rating were one that the cleaning service was asking to clean my room before 8 am both days I was there which seemed a little early for me. I was leaving for business meetings and they were there before I left my room. The second was the lighting in the bathroom. There were sconces on either side of the bathroom mirror and no overhead lighting and as a woman trying to put on makeup that was a little frustrating. Thanks! Betsy
“Great hotel!”
The hotel is beautiful and the staff are all attentive and friendly. The surrounding area has many wonderful restaraunts.
