The room was never cleaned the entire time, and I didn't have coffee or any other room amenities. I called several times, and they brought me up a container of cold coffee from the previous day. The manager didn't care; I am insisting on a refund. I did reach out to Expedia, but your robots did not understand my concern, nor would they connect me to a live person. REFUND the room fee.
