Hotel was very dated. We had issues with the smell. Someone was smoking marijuana and the entire hotel wreaked of it. The sinks and the faucets in the bathrooms are very disfunctional. The location is very close to UT Southwestern Hospitals.

This hotel is just a short drive from the UT Southwestern Medical Center. My spouse was having a procedure done there which required our overnight stay. We were able to get a good rest and have a good breakfast before going over to the hospital. We have stayed here a couple of times before and we’ve always had a restful stay. We recommend this location for all reasons, especially if you’re planning a trip to downtown Dallas.

We had a nice stay. The breakfast option was minimal compared to other hotels I've experienced but it was good! The room was very clean. Wish they gave more extra towels already stocked. The water provided in the lobby did taste strange but overall Great stay.

The staff was nice and helpful. The bed was hard and the tiling on the floor was broken, cracked so it wobbly when you walked across it. There was a lot of NOISE from other guests during the night and nothing was done about it. Probably would not stay again.
