Staff and service were so very nice and helpful-dining at The Terrace was fabulous and again—-that view was magnificent. Was a female traveling alone and felt so safe and comfortable. "The property was very nice and centrally located for our stay. The 6th floor restaurant was a great start to our day. They also seemed to be intent on maintaining security once you arrived at the hotel, which I appreciated. The subway was literally right outside of the front door."
