As someone in the service industry, I must tell you I was super blown away by his Carismatic, his professionalism and most of all his genuine personality as a manager on call both myself, and my girlfriend were super impressed to say the least. "

"Staff were very kind and helpful, especially in breakfast area. Very good breakfast, bed could be more comfortable but wasn’t bad. We had room close to elevators and the “bing” sound of someone getting in/out was annoying but since we were tired so felt asleep fast."

"Very welcoming and helpful at registration offering a room upgrade to a suite and information on the restaurant. The suite has two small rooms. Decor is quite dark. The restaurant was casual with good wine and food and friendly waitress. "
