"It was a wonderful stay for us. The apartment location was amazing! A short walk to most of the main tourist attractions. The apartment was very clean, but could use a bit of minor maintenance, not a deal breaker. Not the fault of the apartment, but we learned to keep the windows closed as there were a fair amount of mosquitoes that came in when we opened them for only a couple minutes."

"Spacious, decorated studio with a sizable kitchen that probably has never been used. Large bathroom also. Comfortable king-size bed, great linens. The Murillo group has several properties in central Sevilla, and check-in was NOT at the premises, but a few blocks away. The hotel sends a worker with the guests to walk to these suites, since central Seville is mostly, but not entirely, pedestrian. The suites are a stone-throw away from the Giralda and the Royal Palaces. "

"the bus ( 5 min walk). I guess the company or building is doing some renovations so it was loud on a Sunday. You are by train/metro 10 mins away from the old Sevilla area. I would come back no later than 7pm since I was already tired. There are many options to eat and a little grocery shop down the street. The building is pretty outdated but since I know slept, then it met it’s purpose. "

"We first arrived a bit shell shocked after staying in quaint hostels in Southern Spain. This place is large, Soviet-block style, and in a more crowded suburb than in quaint Cordoba & Granada (of course Seville is a bigger city than these, so shouldn't be a big surprise). So it took some time to adjust but once we did, we had a pleasant stay here. "We booked this place because of the location and size of bed. I am so glad we did! The location couldn't have been any better, and the property itself was excellent. Spacious, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was delicious and so charming. The fresh squeezed orange juice and warm croissants along with cheeses and even a little meat and other surprises. Keep in mind you need to choose your meal time when you check in, but it's delivered to your room and very convenient....

"The location is very convenient, walking distance to all major attractions. Property is quiet, a big bonus to light sleepers like me. Two beds two baths made our stay more comfortable, not to mention their showers are pretty awesome. The only suggestion is maybe having some simple condiments like salt and pepper would be helpful. "

"Our apartment was close to almost every beautiful spots in Seville. Huge room, nice decorations. However, when we arrive the soaps in the toilet is not refilled. Gladly we have our own pocket size bath soaps. The noise at the bar early in the morning was a downside. Overall, it was a great stay for us."
