We liked all the amenities in our room and the building- balcony, laundry, kitchen... There is a small grocery store beside the entry. There are restaurants and bakeries close. The buses are very close. The metro is a short walk and a couple stops to the santa justa station. It is walkable to the plaza espana, parque maria luisa, and from there close to the old town. The fire alarm went off 3 of the 6 nights we were there. It is a bit loud with people talking in the neighboring rooms and halls, but this wasnt all that disturbing. The administration was very quick to respond to emails, and very helpful. Overall we would recommend and We would stay again

Easy to access, clean and a 30min-1 hour walk from places to visit which is great! The only bad thing is that the cleaning team sometimes comes in without knocking to clean at any time of the day, which is a bit annoying.

Mir hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Es wurde an alles gedacht und als doch Fragen auftraten, war telefonischer Service prompt erreichbar. Einzige Mängel mMn: Die Räume sind etwas hellhörig, was ich jedoch öfter in Spanien erlebe und die örtliche Lage imnerhalb Sevillas ist nicht die Beste. Ä Abgesehen davon, zu empfehlen.

La chambre est très bien. En revanche il y a une absence totale d'isolation acoustique entre les chambres. 2 fois l'alarme incendie s'est déclenché dont une fois en pleine nuit... Tout l'immeuble s'est retrouvé sur le trottoir en pyjama... Aucun salarié sur place... Ce n'est pas normal. Avis mitigé dans l'ensemble au vu du prix pratiqué
