All the staff were so lovely and I was even able to check in early on arrival. "Great location. The mattress was too firm fir me but i understand they have a generic size. Didnt like the fact my window overlooked a square dark courtyard so no natural light available. Didnt know if it was day or night. First day i arrived reception would not give me extra milk and told me to buy a cup from the coffee shop inside. Taken aback by that and had to find a supermarket to buy some milk. Banging of the doors during late evening found it hard to sleep. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful in assisting me with location of places of interest. Amazing city and it really was a fantastic holiday nevertheless."
