Great location. Urban noise, but not overwhelming . Our apartment was great and could use a bit of maintenance over the winter: the Ikea-style bar stools were missing screws, the grout in the bathroom needs a reset. A few hooks on the entrance wall for jackets, maybe?The price was right and we would stay there again.

Ensuite shower head is wobbling doesn't stay fixed at its position and so not suitable whilst having shower. The water doesn't come out smoothly due to shower head partly blocked and poor water pressure out. We knew this apartment was noisy, so this is acceptable in some way.
