When I had arrived to sleep on the night, I couldn't open the door of the room because the the encoder was without batteries. It's very uncomfortable to be in bed and not be able to access your room, and instead of apologizing, the hotel responds that I entered the wrong door code, so why did the maintenance person come in the morning to change the encoder battery? It's not a cheap hotel to give this service and these answer to the customer. Best regards.

Had a fantastic stay. Thank you! We had a double apartment, I was travelling a single dad with my 11 year old daughter so having two rooms was excellent.
