"Stayed in the the Junior suit with a balcony and beautiful view. The staff is so friendly and helpful like a big family! Typical Italian rustic style but very charming hotel. Lucca only about 8 minutes away by car. Will come back again! Breakfasts are the same every day which is a bit boring . We would like to have more options like a fruit salad / soft fruit and tomatoes and eggs to choose from. Other than that - lovely place to stay. Thank you all for looking after us . "Beautifully appointed hotel with small but helpful staff and unique decor oozing with Italian charm. Hotel is outside the city walls but it was easy to walk to Lucca's old town to wander its maze of streets and discover the many piazzas, restaurants, cafés and shops there."

"I was disappointed to find out that this hotel was tucked away in an awkward location. I read that it was a 15 min walk from the leaning tower of Pisa but it is actually a 15/20 minute drive instead. There is a bus stop fairly close by that tou can walk to but this only runs once an hour. The rooms are very basic but this is expected for the price however they are clean and comfortable. The pool area was disappointing as it looks nicer in the pictures than actually there. Lots of flies in the...

"Situated just a few minutes by car from the old Arezzo City Center, this 400 years old building is an architectural gem in a beautiful landscape. Since there is peace and quiet, you sleep well. Breakfast is very good."

"Beautiful property 15-20 min from dowtown florence! Staff was efficient and polite. The rooms were clean with a great asthetic. The dining options were fantastic with the dining room located on a terrace with a great view of the Arno River. Is a little far from town, so would need a car or plan to taxi or take their shuttle. The shuttle runs late in the morning and early evening, so it can be a be inconvenient at times. "
