"Very clean, great service"

"This was my 1st time here and 1st time out of the country. I really enjoyed the experience, it was only for a few days because of a destination wedding I attended. I would love to come back but for a week. I was shocked at the bird life on the resort which was a pleasure to see. The peace and quiet was a Delight!!! The only thing needed would be heavier blankets, and new pull-out beds. My friend had a hard time getting it out because the metal was rusty. Other than that, I loved it and will be back. 👍👍👍"

"The staff was incredibly hospitable and would seriously go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. If you need something, don’t be shy to just ask them. Our room was spacious and clean. Tons of fun activities to kept you from getting board, the restaurants have decent food. Overall a 9/10 stay for me and my friends. Highly recommend this resort for anyone!"

"This is an excellent hotel, rooms are incredibly clean. the restaurants are very varied, with good food always available. the wait staff is very attentive with your orders and any other needs. The entertainment team is excellent, especially Jilver and July. The shows are very, very entertainment , and the there is always something to do. The bartenders Rosa Maria and Isael are very attentive, and airways there when you need them. I highly recommend this hotel. This is excellent."

"Everything was great about the resort. The entertainment was very good at night. The service was spectacular. Definitely bring dollars to tip. It wasn't overly crowded and had a great spot on the beach. They make you feel special. The food was not the best. It looks like they have all the ingredients to make everything, they just dont really know how to make it. One of many examples, I ordered a French toast for breakfast which is offered. They brought me toast topped with some slices of brie, strawberries and condensed milk. We also ordered the salmon ravioli one night (also on the menu) and they brought a piece of cream cheese wrapped in smoked salmon....that isn't a ravioli. Again we had a lot instances of this to the point that we were trying to decipher what on the menu would actually come out correctly or be cooked well (why overcook lobster!?). Someone just needs to come in with actual cuisine experience to guide how all of the restaurants are preparing and cooking food. "

"Stay here was great despite the reviews! I stayed here May 18-22 for a couple’s birthday trip! The hotel staff were nice and accommodating. They allowed me to check in early, but please email a day before arrival because it is contingent upon availability. The food at the Buffett was actually good. We ate there majority of our stay because it was kinda hard to book reservations for the restaurant due to it being booked up so on your first day book all of your reservations for the reminder of your trip. We did get reservations at the Japanese spot hibachi was really good. They did have activities at the pool area. The swim up bar and sports bar has the best Long Island ice tea😜 and other drinks. The beach was full of seaweed so I didn’t really enjoy the beach but sitting out on the beach relaxing was nice and they have a food truck plus a bar set up next to it! The resort really wasn’t that packed so we had chairs to relax on each time we went out to the beach. You will have ppl approach you about timeshares ect. Just say u already did it so they can leave you alone. The housekeepers didn’t speaks English, but did come daily to clean room. I did bring a locked bag and lock for my suitcase to lock up our personal info and cash up so please do that instead of placing items in their safe. I did that because a few reviews mentioned items being stolen from their rooms and I can believe it! It’s a gentle that came around daily to give out bottles of water and soda☺️"
