"TV didn’t work in the room for the first two nights. Staff initially offered to move us to a new room but then retracted the offer and instead offered a key to a room with a tv until they could fix it the next day. Not a great solution."

"Norton House is a gem just a 15 minute drive from the Edinburgh airport, and you don't have to drive through the city to get there. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and the food at the restaurant was very good. We didn't use the pool or spa, but it looked lovely. We greatly appreciated the free parking. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially as a final destination before your trip to the airport."

"We came by car and there was ample space to park. We had a warm and friendly check in and the member of staff showed us to our room. The room was clean, well furnished and quite large. We had an excellent Lamb curry and drinks in the Bistro which was very tasty. In the morning our welcome again was friendly and efficient.
