"Great location on a quiet street right off the Royal Mile. Steps away from St Giles Cathedral and very close to Grassmarket. Easy walk to Waverley station. Would advise using a cab to the hotel if you have large bags as uphill walk can be tough. Much easier to go downhill. Rooms were great and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again."

"Hotel was in convenient location, parking not too far away, room and bathroom were nice nice but bed was just a murphy-bed and very hard, the kitchenette had good equipment and nice size fridge, useful laundry facilities on the liwer floor. Few things didn’t work (light on bathroom mirror, towel warmer, a door hinge was broken and some coat hooks were placed in a crazy spot -needs some maintenance!)"

On our first day, the hosts kindly circled must-visit areas on the map, making it easy for us to explore, even with our 5-year-old. We found it was a nice respite to leave the Old Town area due to how busy it is (think Times Square busy). Every person we encountered at the hotel was extremely nice and professional.
