Apartment was in a great location which was very quiet off The Royal Mile. The apartment was very spacious and was very well equipped with kitchen items. Having a washing machine was very handy. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. An express Tesco was a short walk away. Highly recommend!

3 night stay october 2025. Hotell is located very nicely if you want to visit the old parts of Edinburgh by foot. Breakfast was stashed in the small kitchen of the apartment and was ok, basic but everything we needed was there. Rooms were clean, quit and comfortable. Elevator was slow but working so really only a small irritation.

Clean room, air con, however the washer/Dryer was broken and would not open. A little noisy with doors shutting etc, and the lift is incredibly slow, but other than that an ok place to stay.

A hidden gem near Holyrood Palace just off the Royal Mile. Convenient, walkable, and easy location. Our apartment was a little scuffed up but it was spotlessly clean with every needed amenity (and more). We recommend that you ask for a higher floor to reduce street noise. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We were a bit concerned walking up to this property in a dark back alley with overflowing trash bins in front of the entrance. Once we checked in amd saw the room, we were more comfortable. Clean bedding and towels and modern interior. There were a couple large spiders crawling on the walls and a booger with hair stuck to it on the wall. That was pretty gross but it was the cheapest in the area so we did not expect much and were overall pleased.
