“Wow, what a great sleep”
Comfy comforters, pleasant rooms, quiet night - perfect The only thing lacking was clean towels for when we got out of the pool

Clean rooms, nice pool, sauna. Great breakfast buffet and affordable.

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. There was the very small bathroom with the unusual door, perhaps a pocket door would work better for that set up. One other small thing, the television produced a hum if the volume was put too high. Otherwise, I rate my stay a 4 out of 5.

“Nice, Friendly Staff!”
The hotel is in a great location! Many places to eat close by. The room was clean except some hair in the sink. The staff was very friendly and the free breakfast choices was great! Next time I am in the area with business, I will return!
“Great buffet”
Good area, great buffet fab member of staff in the bar she was always smiling and gave us excellent customer service, handy for the airport at hamilton, only complaint is that the room needed vacuuming, so had to wear my slippers the whole time. Ordered food and the quantity came short the bar staff sorted it out for us, burger was returned and was remade and was lovely.
“Much improved over my last stay”
Pros I stayed at this location under another owner 20 years ago. I was very hesitant as I pulled up and realized it was the same location. Pleasantly surprised with the new ownership and renovations. Our room was in a quiet zone. I never heard another person. Our room had a king and a jacuzzi tub. The room was clean and very roomy. Cons There was a section of paint peeling off the bathroom ceiling. We paid $5 for the hot breakfast. Very bland !! No flavor in the scrambled eggs, sausage, peaches ,and danish. The cottage cheese was good.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have had very different experiences depending whether my room is in the older( bad) or newer (good) part, or in a locked or open corridor. During my last stay I requested a quiet room as I had an early meeting the following day. The room was in an older part of the hotel in an unlocked corridor but I was assured it would be quiet. It was quiet until about 9:30 p.m. when busloads of kids arrived in town for some sort of team event, at which point all hell broke loose down my corridor. I requested, and was given another room in a limited-access hallway, but it had a connecting door with the next room which was far from soundproof. My main beef is that I had asked for a quiet room and the desk clerk would have known that the rooms around me were booked by a large group, but she gave me that room any way. On some previous visits I have requested and been given a quiet room and have been placed in a newer part of the hotel. On those occasions I have enjoyed pleasant and uneventful stays.
“Very disappointing two day booking.”
Hotel was very busy and extremely noisy, even though we requested a quiet room. WE were placed in the front of the hotel, adjacent to a busy railroad crossing. The key entry cards failed many times during our stay. The air conditioning did not work and there was no mainteneance staff on site to effect any type of repairs. There was an exposed electrical plug beside the bed and no chair or desk to operate a laptop even though the internet was available. There was guests drinking in the parking lot and smoking in our non-smoking area. Just a very disappointing stay. Would have been nice to have had a microwave. I would not bring my family next time if ever I had to travel there again.
