"Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Deco was super cute. The harbour view suite was not the one pictured/sold to me on expedia. It was smaller with a little balcony. The hotel website has the correct pictures and information with a virtual tour. It was still lovely with some nice welcome gifts. Location is great, lots of restaurants and shopping. I will be back! "

"Wifi is open to public without password. That means it’s super slow. I told this to front desk, but she doesn’t do anything and ignore. Bed sheets no changed for 5 days. It’s dirty obviously. It’s worse than hose. Water has problem. I got diarrhea on 1st day. And it continues during stay. I didn’t drink, but it’s also not good for brushing teeth and shower. "
