"The service and staff were amazing here. The one thing to improve on would be having to ask twice for an adapter or to clean a room (I think that's on room service not the front end staff). But the front end and restaurant staff were probably the best I've ever come across. I felt important, well looked after and appreciated as a guest and I appreciate the staff as well!"

"Very clean, friendly, and helpful staff. The only thing I have to comment on is the location of this property which creates inconveniences. There is no MTR nearby, shuttle bus does not run for the whole day - the service stops between 10am & 4pm. "

"This is a serviced apartment building, not a hotel. Good for long trips if you want to do your own laundry, but not good for short business trips since they don't have room service and the external laundry service takes 3 days."

"Short trip to HK for work, chanced upon this place at a value price somehow with super spacious and beautiful view of the harbour. Highly recommended if anyone is travelling with Family, slightly away from the city center but still not too far a distance. Despite that, the views compensate really for the need to travel 😍 I hope somehow I will get another attractive pricing once again, will definitely stay again... We checked out and left something, they actually called and texted to ask if...

"Very well equipped for all your needs. Right in the middle of Wan Chai with the market and restaurants all close by. Excellent bus service to all parts of the island including going out to Repulse Bay. Downside is the hill but after a few days it’s not so bad!! "
