The staff was attentive and friendly. The hotel was conveniently located but the rooms (both King bed and twin bed rooms) were much smaller than pictured. The front desk could use a bit more help as checkin and checkout were very slow.

Convenient to reach from airport. Easy to go everywhere since it is near an MTR station. Signage to the lift leading to East Tower is not obvious so we always end up walking round and round
