“An ideal place to break the trip from London to Tasmania”
As we've aged and can no longer face the long haul from London to Tasmania we stay somewhere for a few days along the way. Our decision to stay at the Lanson Place proved to be a master stroke for this purpose. The plethora of hotel offerings in hotels available in Hong Kong on the web made the task seem impossible at first but the Lanson Place seemed to meet our needs. It"s in Causeway Bay very close to all public transport. It looked neat, clean and affordable in the Hong Kong context. Taking the usual deep breath when booking into an unknown city I booked for three days. It proved to be a wise decision. From arrival to departure everything we needed was provided. The staff were wonderful, without exception. Every little query was promptly and accurately responded to. We were offered an upgrade to an executive package on arrival which included breakfast, which wasn't included on my original booking, unlimited wifi and most importantly a 4pm checkout. For those leaving on an evening plane this is a great bonus. Effectively this extended our booking to four days, which I'll do next time we stay there. Which we will. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant as such but breakfasts were fine and located in the lounge. As for other dining the area close to the hotel has many places to eat great food and we used them well. For travellers wanting pampering but being close to the street life of Hong Kong this is an ideal place to stay.
“Lanson Place”
Although this looks like a hotel with mainly business clientele, it proved to be a good choice for our recreational stay. The location is excellent, the rooms outstanding, and the staff was superb. They were attentive, but not in the way, and eager to answer any and all of our questions. I would definitely return to stay here.

My first impression was how the concierge ran to open doors and helped with the luggages. Overal, the environment is very comfortableand all the staff provide top notch services! Will definitely stay in this hotel when I am back in Hong Kong!

Excellent hotel, prob the best hotel I've ever stayed in HK. Location is a little hard to find until you get used to it but honestly, this cannot be beat. Staff was excellent, professional and even a little humorous. Great hotel

I loved this hotel! Wonderfully friendly, extremely accommodating, very thoughtful and super efficient (plus great location). I booked in for two nights and stayed for four. A great find and I will definitely return to this hotel when in HK.

“Superb boutique hotel for Causeway Bay”
Lanson Place had a great location near all the shopping and the MTR without all the hustle and bustle that comes with that area. Great service throughout my stay and I even got upgraded when I checked in. Rooms weren't huge (it's HK after all) but it was very comfortable to stay in and I'll definitely be coming back next time I visit.
