"If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel, I recommend OPPA Hostel. Richard is a wonderful host and he goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable as much as possible. The room was clean and I had enough space to reorganize my luggage before I checked out. The washroom is a shower, toilet and sink combined, not ideal but you get used to it. The location is convenient and pretty quiet at night (4 min walk to Sinchon station). Would definitely return when I come back to Seoul."

Upstairs was not so much as described or pictured, but overall we appreciated our room and it was about as expected for the pricing tier and Asian lodging in general. Should try for a softer pillow, and small table lamps in the bedroom versus the glary ceiling fixture."

"Staff were friendly, but the beds were uncomfortable (you can feel every spring) and the walls were paper thin. We were kept up until 4am every night by a group in the room opposite us, who were screaming in Korean all night. The location is nice, and easily assessible by public transportation. I wouldn't stay again because of the noise and beds, but if they did something about that, it would be a nice spot for a night or two."

"Nice place to stay. Close to subway for airport train, 10 min walk with bags, exit 3. Breakfast was basic. Bathroom is quite small and make sure hot water s turned on at the wall. A lot of rules about being quiet and can understand as walls seem quite thin. Good location for restaurants and to access subway for shopping. We would stay again, nice hosts."

"Staff can’t speak English. No service mind. I stay on Dec but don’t have heating (But in the description , write that there is) They have luggage elevator but can’t used. Not recommended."

"The rooftop apartment is clean and nice. The ceiling is quite low so if you're above 175cm tall, it might be a bit uncomfortable. Also, the shower/bathroom space is quite cramped. But, the beds are nice, you have immediate access to the rooftop garden space, and it's quiet. Plus, it's nested in the incredible foodie paradise of Yeonnamdong."
