Great location and super helpful host Jin who went out of her way to ease our trip. The hill leading to the guesthouse is pretty manageable unless you are carrying heavy luggage. The building is older and there are some signs of gentle wear and tear, but Jin made a great effort to make it comfortable, and it provides excellent value given the price, location, and amount of space for our family of 4. I would stay here again on my next trip.

Jin is one of the kindest souls I've ever met. The hostel is clean and there is laundry and simple breakfast. The door is padded, so even though one of the girls in my room kept slamming the door, I didn't find it too loud. I found my stay very lovely and comfortable. 진님, 정말 고맙습니다!

Guest house is about 10-15mins walkable form Hongik station exit 9 but have to make sure u can climb the very steep hill road to reach the guest house. With heavy and big luggage will be more difficult. But the host kind enough to offer pick up at Hongik subway station.

This place was great! Clean, good location, and the owner is so nice and helpful :) also great location right next to hongdae busy areas but still quiet, only thing is you have to walk up a hill to get there.

This was a really amazing experience. The hosts were so kind. They picked us up from and dropped us off at the metro station, offered food, and has a lovely place. There was a shared bathroom, but only a few people staying so there was never and issue. Highly recommend as this was a great spot

Jin was very kind and responsive, and the apartment was spotless! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again! Jin even let us keep our bags at the property for most of the day after checkout because our train home was in the evening.

A really nice option if you're on a budget and don't mind sharing the space with strangers. The host was very sweet and easy to communicate with. The location is very close to a lot of food and not too far from the subway station so it was pretty convenient. It was a very enjoyable stay.

There was a lovely rooftop where I drank my coffee every morning. Coffee and simple breakfast foods were provided, as was a cold and hot water dispenser, which is important in a city where it isn't a good idea to drink the tap water. Laundry available was a plus, and the location is close to many restaurants, shops, and convenience stores.

The hosts are amazing. They're very helpful. I only had issues taking my heavy suitcase up the long stairway. But the hosts helped me when I was leaving.

Super friendly hosts. Thank you, Jin! Upstairs was not so much as described or pictured, but overall we appreciated our room and it was about as expected for the pricing tier and Asian lodging in general. Should try for a softer pillow, and small table lamps in the bedroom versus the glary ceiling fixture.

really close to shopping/food/nightlife, though you do have to walk up a small hill. jin offers pickup and dropoff of your luggage from the subway which is convenient! the rooms have ac, and there are multiple bathrooms which is nice. theres also a washer, but no dryer, and a water filter.

Very clean facility. Nice owners. I just wish more detailed signs were provided in English on how to lock the door. The owner told me how when I arrived however I forgot after four days and locked the door incorrectly. I was also not able to find a working air conditioner so it was a bit hot at night. I would stay here again!

I loved my experience at this guest house—the community is great and the owners are so sweet and thoughtful. Don’t make the same mistake I did, though, and forget to message them; make sure you let them know when you’ll arrive, so that they can help you with your luggage and get you set up inside. Other than that minor hiccup, which was completely my fault, I had a great experience here!

We stayed at the family suite. The suite is below the ground level and is moldy. You do get a lot of space for the money with a private kitchen and a bathroom, and 2 small bedrooms. The owner is super nice and accommodating so i feel bad saying this but I cant recommend this moldy family suite.
