第一天晚上入住後才發現床是壞的 但沒有聯絡方式 所以一整晚都沒睡 隔天工作人員到時 馬上就換一間房給我們 服務不錯

住宿期間不能使用冷氣...態度好但是回覆速度慢且不能解決問題，不推薦!

5/4入住發現不能用冷氣，5/5寄信詢問說在冷氣清潔，應該星期一就可以用，而且溫度沒有那麼熱 5/6還是不能用又寄信詢問，它們又說你有開窗嗎?外面才7度 重點是開窗後其實都聽的到外面講話聊天的聲音，偶爾還有狗叫聲，關窗房間又很悶熱 出來玩晚上希望能好好休息卻不行更令人不開心 態度好但是回覆速度慢且不能解決問題，5/4-5/8期間完全沒有冷氣，不推薦也不會再來了!

舒適空間寬敞

除了隔壁住客有點吵，其他都很好。雙床房兩個行李箱都可以打開，還可以坐在中間聊天。

酒店與弘大商圈有點距離 大約步行15分鐘 房間整潔度還可以 但房間的隔音較差 廁所比較細 沒有掛勾 沖涼不知衣服掛在何處 民宿勝在有電梯 不用搬樓梯 而且民宿職員很親切有禮

好的地方： 酒店receptionist 既英文超流利，check-in 好smooth , 因為用電子鎖基本上唔使check-out. 附近係弘大好多野食好多野買所以啱曬食完晚飯再戰過 另外酒店都算整潔，我地好多時都喺office-hour 出左去，基本上有咩需要都係透過email 聯絡，一般兩個小時內就會有回覆。 早餐偏向簡單，但個橙汁好fresh 哈哈 間房好大間，擺兩個喼絕對無問題 另外佢地都幫我地寄postcard, 唔使另外出郵局搞 有lift! 間房有個小雪櫃！wifi 快速！ 唔好既地方： 隔音會差左啲，樓上開暖水會聽到聲，但因為好攰所以無阻住我地訓覺。 廁所同浴室無分隔，會濕曬

整體不錯

酒店位置不算太近地鐵站，但位於住宅區，整體環境清靜，房間整潔及大堂佈置很美，房間寛敞，但房間的風筒太久沒有清潔，積聚大量灰塵令它不能正常運作，吹30秒左右就不能再用，若能主動每天都打掃房間會更好。另外staff很nice，有什麼問題都會幫你解決，但9:30後就會下班，不能請他們幫忙叫外賣。T.T

民宿的不足之處

床鋪多處有黃色污迹 床褥太軟 開窗後有風廁所門不停有拍打聲 連隔離房的都同樣聽到 隔音亦很差別人房間的對話都聽到 早餐太過單調 麵包 牛油 果醬 芝士 民宿附近都是住宅區晚上寧靜舒適 地點方便 近購買區及地鐵

Comfortable and Good Location

Nice place to stay. Close to subway for airport train, 10 min walk with bags, exit 3. Breakfast was basic. Bathroom is quite small and make sure hot water s turned on at the wall. A lot of rules about being quiet and can understand as walls seem quite thin. Good location for restaurants and to access subway for shopping. We would stay again, nice hosts.

きれいなゲストハウス

ゲストハウスに宿泊することが初めてだったので正直あまり期待はしていませんでしたが、外観もかわいくてとてもきれいでした。ただトイレとシャワーが思ってた以上に近かったのでそこがマイナスです。駅からもそこまで複雑な道はなかったので慣れている人は10分くらいで着きます。また利用したいと思います。

物超所值的住宿環境

透過貼心的影片帶領，我們很容易的就到住宿的地方，工作人員很親切，環境很很乾淨，六人房寬敞且溫暖，早餐也很好吃，唯一要改進的是三人房的雙人床墊舊了，有點凹陷，雖然如此但瑕不掩瑜，我下次來首爾還是會來這住。

靠近熱鬧的弘大，卻有著寧靜的休息環境，溫馨的小房間，充滿家的感覺。服務人員英文流利，溝通都沒有問題，也能開心的聊天。附近也有好吃的美食可享用，也有超市及水果攤販，十分便利。下次來韓國旅行還會再來住一次！

床不好睡.很像是用很久該換的床而沒換掉 房間問題有點多.我們住公寓式的.一個廚房客廳加兩間房間.但卻只有兩個插座.其中一個還壞掉...四個人共用一個插座.非常不方便.衛生紙也只給一點點.用完要再去辦公室索取...有時回去辦公室根本關了.只能自己想辦法.然後早餐極簡到一個不行.我們住四天只吃一天.吃完還要自己洗碗 第一天的接洽人員非常熱情以及很用心幫忙處理狀況.雖然有些狀況到我們退房都沒解決.地點離地鐵站比較遠.可以幫忙訂機場接送.價錢合理.覺得很方便

住宿與弘大站步行距離約十分鐘,很好找.HOSTEL公共空間極富設計感! 員工十分親切! 十分適合單獨旅遊認識新朋友~ 房間整潔, 用品齊全. 床鋪略嫌清潔不足, 打開被褥後有數條毛髮, 床單有少許污積. 早餐較為簡單, 不過花點時間在COMMA享受外面射進來的陽光及涼風真的很舒適! 下次來首爾一定再次入住!

Enjoyable experience

The lady at check in counter is super nice and friendly. Her english is very good!My room is very comfortable, big enough ,small kitchen,table with chairs, but the air con is very noisy after turn on.The hotel location is not too near station, i need to walk in some small street is very silent and quite dark at night (15-20mins walk from Exit 3).Many restaurants are nearby because is Hongdae area !!yeah!!

Friendly staff and nice place

It takes only 10mins to walk from exit 2! It's very convenience to go to hongdae! The room is very clean and large. I must stay in Lee&No when I come back to seoul next time.

Nice place to stay, very comfortable bed and sofa!

I'm a solo-traveler and stayed here for 4 nights, I choose this guesthouse because of the reviews and it didn't let me down. The room was big enough for me that I can open up my suitcase. The bed and sofa area was very comfortable and wifi signal was strong. Staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful, they even helped me to get fried chicken for dinner on the first day of arrival. The bathroom was ok, some places can be cleaned more thoroughly like the tooth mug, and also the sink leaks a little bit. The TV signal was not very stable. The only thing that bothers me a bit was the noise, I could hear upstairs running or moving chairs.. But after 22:00pm became quiet, so it wasn't a big problem. The location was also good, the guesthouse is not far away from the subway station, around 5-8 min. of walk. Maybe it takes a little bit longer with the suitcases... Walking to the shopping area at Hongik University area was very convenient, only around 6 min. by foot. Overall, I like this guest house and had a good trip in Seoul!
