"I thought it was ok for the price. Facilities were extremely clean and other guests were respectful of others. As a woman traveling by herself, I felt safe staying there overnight. It was my first stay at a capsule hotel and I wish I would have gotten more guidance from the staff when I first checked in. "Everything is wonderful at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel! We enjoyed their new gym and also the great restaurants nearby. Also, it’s just across the street from the metro (subway) and JR (surface train) station so you can get anywhere very quickly!"
