Great place to stay with a view of bay or city. Just a little distance from everything else. But took at taxi from here for $30 to downtown Tokyo station. I didn’t care, hotel was calm and peaceful location. Happy. Needed it.

the hotel was nice. there was some initial confusion about different elevators for different floors. the place was roomier than expected and the bathroom was nice.

The area was very pretty! Close to metro however far from most attractions. The service awful! A tourist trap!!! Will never go back! Unlike everyone in Japan, here they treat you like they’re doing you a favor by staying there! Definitely bad customer service! They charged me per person the first night instead of room, ended up paying 4 night on a three night trip! Food at the buffet is dreadful, however; the restaurant at the lobby was very good! Just a bad experience!

The hotel is within walking distance to Tokyo Big Sight convention center, so if you're in town for business or a convention, it's a very good location. The Yurikamome train also has two stations within walking distance and the Rinkai line also has a train station nearby. The only negatives I think it has is the airport limousine buses do not stop at the hotel anymore, despite there being signs everywhere in the hotel saying they do. You'll need a taxi to Haneda Airport or will have to take a taxi then train to Narita if leaving that way.
