夏コミのため、利用させていただきました。案内が丁寧かつ親切です。 例えば、到着が早まってしまいましたが部屋の準備が整っているためチェックインOKしていただきました。 (だからといってそれが当たり前とか、対応してもらえるという認識はしないで欲しいですね) 長旅で疲れていたので非常に有り難かったです。他にも館内の食事の利用案内の勧めや条件付きではありますが、翌日も料金割引きで宿泊可能などご説明いただきました(それは予約前に知りたかった情報ですが…) お部屋も綺麗ですし、また機会があれば利用したいなと感じました。ありがとうございました。

基本的に綺麗で清潔感溢れるホテルでした。ただシャワーの圧がもう少しあったら最高、またエアコンが少し弱いかなと思いました。 ご飯なしの宿泊のみで利用させてもらいましたが、今度はブュッフェを味わいたいと思います。高層階に泊まりたいな。

洗面台の水漏れ、浴室の臭い、禁煙室だがタオルのタバコのような臭いが気になった。 接客は一般的で良い。

ライブ会場に近かかったので、ここを選びました。 部屋も綺麗でスタッフもの皆様も素晴らしかったです。 近くも散歩しやすい場所が多くとても良かったで。

The hotel itself is fine for the price point. This is a great location if one is looking for more quiet / relaxing side of Tokyo. There are malls / entertainment within walking distance. The only thing lacking is no convenient store near by.

위치는 매우 훌륭하네요

주변에 편의시설이 거의 없지만 산책한다 생각하고 걸으면 꽤 괜찮은 곳이 많이 있습니다. 방에만 머무를 계획이 아니라면 좋은 선택지가 될 것 같네요.
