“Great place to stay”
Very clean hotel, helpful staff, free shuttle to airport and city
“Will definitely return”
Just stayed for one night. Hotel is beautiful, frankly quite impressive. My room was perfect. I had an amazing dinner in the restaurant, and the breakfast buffet was superb. Staff were polite and helpful, and wore very slick uniforms. Everyone spoke English. Close to the airport, with a schedule of free shuttles to/from the airport. Every facility you could possibly need.

Looking through people's reviews I do not know what the complainers are talking about. Hotel exceeds expectations, staff is super friendly, the room was really clean. Hotels in US do not compare with this one. We stayed in the apartment section, I don't know how the rooms in the hotel are but the apartment we stayed in was VERY CLEAN and modern. There were always, except in the early AM hours, at least 2 (TWO) people at the reception, cleaning people are not the same as reception, we also had a security guard at the front desk of our building. The door was always closed you could only enter with a key card. The one thing I didn't like was that we had to walk outside to the lobby area from the rooms, MINOR disadvantage compared to plusses. We had breakfast included, good food. I did NOT expect such great conditions and would recommend this hotel to ANYONE.
“Can not fault it”
We would not hesitate to return to this hotel. The suite was fantastic, clean, modern wsith excellent bathroom facilities and the staff were lovely and very helpful. We had a courtesy breakfast which was very good and plentiful. Yes, the location isn't the best, there is nothing really of interest nearby but the metro is literally minutes away. You can see the next door Hesperia Tower as you exit the subway and the journey into the centre of Barcelona was approx twenty five minutes with no changes. If you are aware that you are not in the centre before you book then book with confidence that you are getting quality accomodation. I could not beleive the price we paid through Expedia for three nights for such a lovely place.

Beautiful hotel! Everything you expect in 5* hotel at a 3* price and more!! We stayed at the suite which had a kitchen which was very handy. The hotel is next to subway station and we did not miss being away from the downtown areas. The only issue we had was free shuttle to Airport was only available after 7 am and we had an early flight.

Excelent hotel and service. appartment was rather big with kitchenet and tv in both livigroom and bedroom Definatelly recomended espessially at such alow rate.

The room rate was great but food and drink were very expensive. The suites are little apartments so bring your food with you.
“Great Value and immaculate”
The Fira Suites were outstanding. Check in was easy and staff friendly and knowledgeable. The location may not be in the center of Barcelona but we liked that....lots of park land around to walk in and a chance to see everyday people living their lives with their families. Not too much shopping around, but again that gave us a break to enjoy the peace and quiet. Convenient to be at the end of the Metro line. The Kitchenette was great for making quick breakfasts and good dinners. A great deal - at home we would have to pay at least triple the cost per night for a place like this! I am going to book there again for me next visit to Barcelona!
