This hotel chain never disappoints. We’ve stayed at locations in France and now Spain. The location was great to access to local stores and restaurants. The size of the apartments are large enough for four people to sleep and relax comfortably. Staff was pleasant and gave some great recommendations for dining out in Barcelona. We will definitely return to this location.

The staff was really kind and helpful. The apartment was really spacious, pristine and 2 min walking distance to bus stop and metro. Being so close is really convenient considering how big is Barcelona. The pool was amazing and the temperature was perfect after a long day walking. I will definitely stay again.

I went to Aura hotel with my 2 small children and the apartments are very spacious and luxury style. Also the staff is very friendly and accommodating especially since we had to process a last minute change to our reservation which was done without any extra cost.

Spacious, Well Equipped Room. Bus / Tram ride from the city. Staff very helpful and accommodating. No issue with early check in when room was ready. Rooms cleaned every 3 days was a bit of an issue for stocking up on towels, shampoo etc. but overall very good.

Room was clean, staff spoke great English so easy to communicate, the roof top pool was awesome. 5 min walk to a mall with lots of options for food and has a great Spanish restaurant with English speaking servers. Location of hotel seemed to be in a not so great location but the people were really nice. Not in a central area but make friends with a cab driver and always use him/her to get yourself around. Breakfast is served to hotel guest with lots of options to choose.

Here’s a smoother, more polished version while keeping your honest, helpful tone: If you’re on a tight budget, this hotel is a nice, clean apartment and offers good value for money. However, it takes around an hour to reach the main tourist attractions. The area itself is more residential, with plenty of local shops and cafés, rather than being in the heart of the tourist centre. The pool was also clean and well maintained. We spent around €120 on travel during our stay. If you’re travelling with children, I would recommend spending a little more to stay closer to the city centre. Kids can get tired quite quickly when you’re spending a lot of time travelling back and forth to the main attractions.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can honestly say that it exceeded our expectations. As someone who manages hotel operations within a hotel chain and has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, I pay close attention to service standards, cleanliness, professionalism, and the overall guest experience. I was genuinely impressed by the high standards of this hotel and, especially, the staff. The team was friendly, professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their attention to detail and the way they treated us made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. It is clear that the management has built a strong service culture, and the staff are a great reflection of that. ( big thanks to Denis and Night auditor) From the quality of the hotel to the service we received, everything was excellent. It is not always easy to impress someone who works in the hotel industry, but this hotel certainly did! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, professional staff, and a comfortable stay. We would be very happy to stay here again!

Super clean and units have everything you need. Staff everywhere were super friendly and helpful. Only downside was our unit’s AC didn’t work very well. This hotel is about a 10-15 min ride to airport but about 1/2 hour ride (or more depending on where you’re going) to downtown Barcelona.

The room was better than expected from the outside. It had its own eating area, kitchen dishes and sink similar as our own Airbnb. It looked like it was an unsafe area. However, my opinion changed as soon as I walked the area. There is an indoor mall with free familiar American fast food places and local restaurants, shops etc. about 4 blocks around the corner. Also, a dog park in front of our hotel. Again, The room was like a large studio for a family of four and very spacious had our own kitchen area, cooking area and patio. Loved it!
