“Loved it very close to the strip!”
Service was excellent! Hotel is clean! I would recommend to everyone!
“Lina B.”
At first we were skeptical because of how cheap the price was but boy we were wrong! This was truly a gem to find and I will from now on stay here. The condo was very clean and beautiful. 1 flat screen tv in the living room and one in the bedroom. A huge bathtub that could fit 8 people...I mean really I felt tiny in there. A nice kitchen and a big closet. The staff was really nice and helpful as well. They have 4 pools and jacuzzi's and a shuttle service to take you to the strip. We saved a lot of money not only where we stayed but also on eating out. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND CHECKING THIS PLACE OUT
“Very nice accomodations”
Hotel is in process of being remodeled. The staff was very courteous. Requests were handled quickly. The suite had everything we needed for our trip. Landscaping was beautiful! Pool/hot tub and 3 tiered fountain right outside our balcony. Extremely pleased with the accommodations and will defiantly stay here again.
“We had a great time”
After staying here in May in a one bedroom condo I decided to come back for my birthday celebration in July, a "girl's vacation". We had a great time once we got settled in. Once checked in we proceeded to our building I put the key in the door only to find out that the unit already had guests in it. We went back to the reception where they located another suite for us, apolgizing for the mix up. We had a unit in block 16, ground floor. It was clean, had comfortable beds, plenty of towels etc. The only dissappointment was that is was a handicap unit, which mean't the bathroom off the master bedroom was not as appealing as the unit we had in May. It was a huge room with a regular size tub/safety bars around it and the toilet, it lacked cabinet/storage space in it. The suite in May had a beautful large square tub with a huge shower head, sink and cabinet with 2 entrys into the restroom. So after travelling 14hrs I felt dissappointed, tired and needed to rest. Front desk said they were booked up and didn't have any other units available. I think being on a ground floor may have also welcomed some ants to visit us mid week. We made the most of our week and had a great time. Being in block 16 made us close to the shuttle and not far from the pool. Its a great place to stay with being only one block off the strip and I'm sure once the newly renovated reception area and pool is opened it will be again a pleasure to visit and stay.
“I'll use the facilities from now on!”
My experience at the Summer Bay Result was excellent. I travel with family and having a hotel in Vegas that a family can experience is a great feeling. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family.
“Can't wait to go back”
Besides the construction it was wonderful and delighful. Rates were very very reasonable and the customer service was great.
“If family-stay here”
Going to Vegas for last 25 years and how I miss this place. I stayed all 5 star hotels but you can not beat the comfort of this place. Excellant service and excellant staff.
“Peace and Quiet and right near the Strip. Home away from home!”
I have to say first off, I am a frequent traveler for business and have never done one of these ratings survey before but had to say something about this place. When I am traveing I like to feel like I'm home (maybe as I have to travel frequently) and this place was just that. I had to be in vegas for a trade show at the Sands expo and this was the perfect place to stay. Quiet, clean, fireplace in room, private balcony and gratefully no elevators....I hate elevators as I was stuck in one one time, so another plus if you don't like high rise hotels. Great big parking spots and gate with guard and patrol so my car was nice and safe parked here and I took the free shuttle over to the Venetian/Sands for the trdae show so never had to move my car. Room and bed was comfy, huge soaking tub (no jets, however, but still nice), and full kitchen. I liked that the TV worked without all kinds of crazy remotes to learn so again, this is why this place felt like home. I am not into gambling so I very happy not to be in a casino hotel, but if you do like casinos, the shuttles ran very regularly over there and just a short trip. I walked back from the Venetian/Sands and it only took 10 minutes to walk, but if you are elderly I would suggest the shuttle as there was some construction along the sidewalks. Overall, excellent place to stay if you like some peace and quiet with your Vegas along with a very short hop to where all the action is if you want that too.
“"loved our stay "”
The six of us loved our room very comfortable with the two bedroom/two baths. Our room had everything we needed and was very clean. There was some construction at the resort but it didn't bother our stay, a little road construction on the street entrance but it's everywhere you go. Very close to the strip. Front desk was helpful with flight pre check in. Grocery store was close as you had a full kitchen. resort had shuttles to strip. We rented a car good parking close to room. Overall I"d highly recommend this resort, and would stay there when going back. PBR fans from Washington
