Well, the front desk staff were nice for the most part. The Gallery Theater side of the hotel was new & definitely the totally opposite from the room I booked. On our second night stay, we were upgraded to a room on the Gallery side, which we didn't even know existed. There was a foul smell that we noticed coming from the restroom. It was pretty bad. We could not stand to use the restroom, could not sleep, & it gave us a sore throat. After a couple of hrs of trying to figure out what it was (smelled like sewer), we called the front desk to ask if they were having plumbing issues. We explained why & they said they weren't aware of any complaints & offered to upgrade our room at 5am. We accepted & were told to pickup the new key card with a luggage cart to move our stuff & told to return the cart after. We scrambled to get our stuff together (for 4 guests) & move it across the casino floor, in our pjs with no help. We were told for the inconvenience we would be given a credit for the resort fees charged for our stay. The day we checked out, we saw a man & 2 women not lift a finger as a hotel worker loaded all their stuff on a luggage cart & take it in for them. We were bothered as we were not offered or given any help at 5am to move our stuff across the hotel & even told to take the cart back to the front desk. Unfortunately we were exhausted the next morning, having to sleep in & not be able to do as planned for that morning.
