"This is a very fancy hotel, and the geography is beautiful. The staff is solid, but they cater to the owners of the villas located on site…not the hotel guests. There was also loud music until late at night two nights we were there, once until 4:00am. "

"The hotel is amazing. Great views, great food, great service from the staff. They have plenty of activities to take part in right at the resort everyday. The only bad part was the constant pestering for money me and my wife got when we walked outside the resort for a few blocks to the Casino during the day. Very annoying. "The property is huge. Beautiful layout and decor. The garage parking was so low it crapped the top of the car. That and the food was the worse parts of the stay for me. "Good place, great food, they don’t tell you that certain liquor that’s top shelf you have to pay for which is misleading for an all inclusive. There were a few times that I did see roaches. Other than that it was a blast. Rooms were cleaned every day and towels replaced, staff was extremely friendly and willing to get anything you want. "

The hotel has a schedule with a bunch of free activities you can participate in (Download the Excellence app). Dean takes beautiful pictures for purchase. The food options were great!
