It was an all inclusive beautiful resort, had restaurants and pools. But the major difference between this resort and anywhere I have been was the customer service. It was so far above any I have seen. You felt like you were an important person as well as a family member. Kudos to a great staff !!

Entire staff were amazing very friendly and courteous. Sabrina at the hibachi restaurant we enjoyed her upbeat energy, dancing and singing. Gary at the main bar was amazing he remembered everything about all the guest. Soon as he seen us coming he automatically made our drinks, had olives, pretzels, and popcorn, ready for us. Everyday we ended our evening at Gray’s place as we affectionately his work space. wilford, Emoy, Vernon was also great

Jewel Grande Montego Bay Resort & Spa was beautiful! The staff were welcoming and always nice. We really enjoyed our staff. The only issue we encountered during our stay was the restaurant options. One of the restaurants was not open throughout our stay, and another one was closed during the time it was scheduled to be open. The establishment only has a total of 4, not including the buffet, and the majority of the restaurants weren't open until after 5 pm. Since we stayed for 4 days, we would have loved to have been able to experience the variety of restaurants we booked the resort for. Other than that, we enjoyed our time and would recommend anyone looking for a laid-back resort to relax.

We had an amazing time, great activities and our butler Ronald and Romario were wonderful! Please request as your butler!! Love the water sports right on the property and also the Chucka excursion was the best. We were able to do compele the following activites in our 5 day stay. ATV, Zipline, Horseback riding, Party boat, Hobie and Kayak.. Book this place!!
