“Good location, friendly staff. Comfortable room.”
I booked through expedia.com. The hotel offers 24 hour shuttle from Miami airport, which is super, since My daught has a different flight, I called hotel one Day earlier, they took my daughter's name, so she can check in by herself after she took the hotel shuttle there. There is ihop nearby which opens 24 hour, just one block down. We walked there by foot at 11:35pm on christmas day to have our dinner. The waiting time in ihop is much longer than usual, the waitress told us they only had 2 waitress on duty that night. By the time we got our dishes on the table, it's almost one hour past from the moment we got there. However, this hotel staff at front desk, an African American gentleman is very nice and friendly. The room is big. Only the bathroom need some update. The water won't go down for almost one hour after I took a shower. My friend find a cricket inside room. But we were not been bothered.

For really our family experience in this hotel was Great.
“My home in Miami”
I have stayed in this hotel a number of times and have always recieved good service from all staff. Rooms are big enough to stay 4 persons in a double. The location is convenient, near the airport and car rental agencies and more or less equidistant to the Township of Aventura and downtown Miami. Buss stop in front of the hotel, too. Definitly my favorite. May be a little out of way if without car.

“Pleasant surprise”
After having read several reviews from various past guests I was a little reluctant to stay there. However I need not have worried as the staff were great, the rooms were big and clean and one could not have asked for anything more. We had a slight change of plans and the staff were more than accomodating. Will definitely stay there again.

What more can I say, we were extremely pleased with the level of service and physical appearence of this hotel. I have recommended it to several of my colleagues as a first choice accomodation when in Miami.
“Good place for easy airport access”
First, let me tell you the day bellman captain was outstanding - he helped us with luggage storage and getting to our chosen "activity" - even pulling out his own phone to help us make reservations! There was a small restaurant inside - okay to eat there - but not much else close by that you would like to walk to in the Miami heat. Our room was spacious but with only one ceiling register and being on the end with 2 outside walls it did not cool down easily. We did feel comfortable there and appreciated the friendliness of the desk staff. The 24 hour shuttle was well staffed and we made our flight effortlessly.
