"This hotel was nice, clean for the most part (our bed cushions smelled a bit musty, though) and staff was really nice. Room was small, but it was enough for a 2 night stay. It gets really warm when it's sunny out as sun hits it directly. Not a complaint, just something to know. Cannot leave luggage, as we were told the hotel is not responsible for it, and that we could leave it just beside the reception desk, which we chose not to do. Other than that, good place to stay."

"I stay at Hyde Park Superior most weeks when I'm in London for work. The staff are always pleasent & welcoming. The apartments are nice, some better than others as they are being updated. The communial areas have recently been decorated, the carpet needs changing as there a few stains but other than that.
