We arrived the room had iron burn marks on floor and stains . Aircon did not work. Upgrade to a better room. Mon to Friday the breakfast was95% western. Weekends 90% Asian. Staff were helpful. No lift from ground to 1st floor. Good location although Bayswater underground has no lift only stairs

Great location

Very good location, just a block away from the Bayswater station. Several restaurants, pubs, cafés, and supermarkets nearby. Very polite staff. The room was small but functional and clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful staff

The staff were absolutely wonderful. listened and sorted things out when I had concerns. The breakfast was a surprise as there was a Malaysian menu in addition to croissants, cereals etc.

Overall had a great stay! The staff was kind and helpful and there was an elevator that was helpful in moving luggage. I will note that there was no air conditioning or fan in our room, so if you stay here in the summer be aware of higher temperatures in the room.

We booked 2 rooms and got to completely different standards for the same price. One was newly renovated and on the aecond floor the other one was from the early 90ies in the basement but clean. Since we only spent our time sleeping there it was fine. Very close to the tube. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The location was perfect and close to the city and all the must see. Would stay there again. tube.

Okay place to stay

Great location. The remodeled rooms are small but well kept. The older rooms do not have air conditioning and are prettt dated. Also, first floor rooms are really loud
